Horizons is the name of three communications satellites from Luxembourg- based Intelsat in cooperation with the Japanese company JSat Corporation .

Galaxy 13 / Horizons 1

Horizons 1 is the first in the series. It was on 1 October 2003 on a Zenit-3SL - carrier rocket from the Sea Launch platform Odyssey into a geostationary transfer orbit started.
