Horne Kirke

The Horne Kirke ( dt. Church of Horne ) is a round church in Horne in the southwest of Fyn . It belongs to the Diocese of Funen, the Evangelical Lutheran People's Church in Denmark .

The middle part of today's church , made of granite stones , a Nordic round church from the 13th century, was supplemented in the 15th century by two extensions to the east and west. The church bells date from 1568 and 1613. Located near Hvedholm Palace , the Hornekirke served as the patronage church of the homonymous estate.

The church was the location of the film Adam's Apples .
