Horologion (Book of Hours)
Horologion ( Greek ΄Ωρολόγιον ) is the name of the book of the Eastern Church liturgy, which contains the ordinarium of the liturgy of the times of the day (Liturgy of the Hours ). The horologion used today in the Byzantine Rite goes back to the worship customs of Palestinian monasticism.
