The Horve Monument is a memorial in the Norwegian city ​​of Stavanger . It is located a little higher on the west bank of the port of Vågen on the northeast side of the Gamle Stavanger district and is reminiscent of the Norwegian admiral Thore Horve (1899–1990).

The bronze figure flanked by two cannons and depicting Thore Horve was created by the sculptor Per Ung . The figure stands on a pedestal and looks out over the harbor. With the cannons she looks as if she intends to protect the harbor. Horve is honored for his services in World War II . He also took care of the welfare of naval veterans after the war ended.
