The Hotel Burgund is located in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ), Kaiserstraße 85.

The building was built in 1893. It was entered under No. K 027 on December 10, 1985 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

It is a three-story, originally built-in four-window house on both sides with a street-side stucco facade in neo-renaissance forms, which was built in 1893. The gable roof is in the front view by a expansive Kreuzgesims covered.

The property is worth preserving as a characteristic bourgeois house of historicism with a relatively rich stucco facade, which is of major importance in the overall urban development context of Kaiserstraße.
