House Rulez ( kor. 하우스 룰즈 ) are a South Korean house DJ group. They belong to the label Aftermoon Records .

history

House Rulez was founded in 2006 by Seo-ro, Pa-ko and Yeong-hyo. Seo-ro is the only member responsible for the music. He also plays the saxophone . Pa-ko and Yeong-hyo dance during the performances and animate the audience. In addition, Pa-ko is the group's stylist, while Yeong-hyo plans the parties. The group has no member who is responsible for the singing, which is why guest singers are invited to perform and sing. Seo-ro sometimes also contributes the vocals.

Before the group was founded, all members were already active in the music industry. Seo-ro produced a. a. for SES , BoA or Hwayobi music. Pa-ko and Yeong-hyo worked as dancers and choreographers together with popular South Korean artists such as Lee Hyori and Seo Taiji .

The group's first album, Mojito , won the 2008 Korean Music Award for Best Dance & Electronic Album .
