Two submarines of the Dutch Koninklijke Navy were named Mr. Ms. Tijgerhaai ( Dutch tiger shark ):

Mr. Ms. Tijgerhaai (1945) was a British Taciturn class ( T class ) submarine . The boat was launched in 1945 with the name HMS Tarn , and in the same year was sold by the Dutch Navy under the name Hr. Ms. Tijgerhaai commissioned and decommissioned in 1964.

Mr. Ms. Tijgerhaai (1972) was a Dutch Zwaardvis class submarine . The boat was launched in 1971 and decommissioned in 1995.
