Kurt Jaks

Kurt Jaks (born March 4, 1947 in Munich ) is a German insurance salesman and business economist. Jaks was a member of the board of the HUK-Coburg and from 2003 to 2008 the board spokesman of the insurers in the area of ​​the churches (VRK).

Jaks completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesman and studied business administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences . From 1973 he worked for Aachener und Münchener Versicherung (see also AachenMünchener ) in various functions, most recently as head of the Bavarian regional directorate. In 1993 he moved to the board of directors of the Coburg- based HUK-Coburg ; Sales and Marketing fell into his portfolio. When HUK-Coburg became involved in the group of insurers in the area around the churches in 2002, Jaks became a member of the executive board of family welfare life insurance in autumn 2002 . As of July 1, 2003, he resigned from the board of HUK-Coburg; At the same time he was appointed to the board of directors of Bruderhilfe Sachversicherung and Pax-Familienfürsorge Krankenversicherung and held the office of board spokesman.

He retired on October 31, 2008.
