Huaiyang (Zhoukou)
Huaiyang ( 淮阳 县 , Huáiyáng Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Henan , which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Zhoukou . Huaiyang has an area of 1,467 km² and has a population of 1.36 million.
The site of the ancient city of Pingliangtai (Pingliangtai gucheng yizhi 平 粮 台 古城 遗址) and the Taihao Fuxi mausoleum (Taihao ling miao 太昊 陵 庙) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988 and 1996, respectively .
