The Hubert Houben Stadium in Goch ( Kleve district ) is a soccer and athletics stadium and the home ground of the SV Viktoria Goch soccer team .

The stadium is named after Hubert Houben , who was born in Gocher and was one of the world's best sprinters in the 1920s. The stadium is on Marienwasserstraße and belongs to the city of Goch.

The stadium holds 8,500 spectators, 2,500 of which are covered seating and standing. There is a modern running track around the stadium, which was renewed in 2004. In addition, the football stadium has a very good and modern floodlight system. In addition to a spacious soccer field, the stadium also has a high jump facility, a long jump facility and also offers the possibility of hammer and javelin throw as well as shot put.

On July 24, 2018, the German U20 women's national team played against the Dutch U20 team in the Hubert Houben Stadium. It was the last preparation game for the upcoming World Cup in France.

The previous league attendance record of SV Viktoria Goch in the Gocher Hubert-Houben Stadium is 6500 spectators. This came about in the 1985/86 season against RW Essen .

In 2006, a friendly match between Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Schalke 04 attracted 8,500 spectators to the Gocher Hubert-Houben Stadium. This was the first time in the club's history that the stadium was sold out.
