Hubert Cornfield

Hubert Cornfield (born February 9, 1929 in Istanbul , Turkey , † June 18, 2006 in Los Angeles ) was an American film director, producer and screenwriter.

Cornfield was born on a business trip to his parents in Istanbul. In 1955 he shot his first B-movie, Sudden Danger . Together with Paul Wendkos , he made the film Angel Baby in 1960 . He became known to an international audience in 1962 with the feature film Pressure Point . After moving from the USA to France, he made Les Grands Moyens in 1976 .
