Hubertsweiler (Heidenheim)

Hubertsweiler (also Hubatsweiler ) is a deserted area in the Großkuchen district of the city of Heidenheim in the district of the same name .

location

The place was northwest of Großkuchen, west of the road from Nietheim to Niesitz . The Hagenbuchhof, which has now also been abandoned, was located a little northeast of the village.

history

Hubertsweiler was first mentioned in 1298 when it was sold by Oettingen to the Neresheim monastery . The place went off shortly after the neighboring Brandelhausen, but was settled again in 1770. In 1890 the hamlet was finally given up.

In 1872 the place had no inhabitants.
