Hugo Fernández Faingold
Hugo Fernández Faingold (born March 1, 1947 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan politician .
Fernández Faingold, a member of the Partido Colorado , was Vice-President of Uruguay from October 3, 1998 to March 1, 2000.
From March 1, 1985 to June 5, 1989, he also headed the state's Ministry of Labor. He was also President of the Senate of Uruguay for two terms (February 15, 1995 to March 1, 1995 and October 3, 1998 to February 15, 2000).
