Hugo Hoerner

Friedrich Hugo Hermann Hoerner (* 9. January 1851 in Zembcow , † after 1923) was a German Reichsgerichtsrat .

The Prussian citizen was sworn in in 1874 and entered civil service. In 1878 he became a district judge, who was renamed the district judge in 1879 on the basis of the Reich Justice Laws. In 1890 he was appointed district judge. In 1892 he was promoted to regional judge and in 1895 to higher regional judge. In 1906 he moved from the Königsberg Higher Regional Court to the Imperial Court. He worked there in the 5th and 7th civil senate. In 1923 he retired. He was the father of the writer Margarete Riemschneider (1899–1985).
