Hugo Silveira , full name Hugo Gabriel Silveira Pereira , (born May 23, 1993 in Manga , Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

According to his club, the 1.89-meter-tall offensive player Silveira has been part of the squad of the Uruguayan first division club Atlético Cerro since at least the 2012/13 season . That season he came there to six appearances (no goal) in the Primera División . In the 2013/14 season he played in 28 league games until the end of the Clausura 2014 and scored six goals. In the 2014/15 season he was used in 26 first division games (seven goals). During the 2015/16 season, 25 additional premier league appearances followed (five goals). At the beginning of July 2016 he was signed by Nacional Montevideo . With the "Bolsos" he contributed with 14 league games and two goals to winning the national championship in the 2016 season.
