from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hugo l'Aleman († spring 1264 ) was a knight in the Kingdom of Jerusalem and heir to the rule of Caesarea .

He was the eldest son of Jean l'Aleman and his wife Margarethe Brisebarre. His mother, as the heir to Johann Brisebarre of Caesarea, brought the rule of Caesarea into the marriage.

Hugo died in the spring of 1264 when he fell from his horse and broke his neck. Since he left no descendants, his younger brother Nicolas l'Aleman finally inherited the rule of Caesarea.
