Humphry Ditton

Humphry Ditton (born May 29, 1675 in Salisbury , † October 15, 1715 ) was an English mathematician.

Life

Ditton studied theology. Through the influence of Isaac Newton , he was elected mathematical master at Christ's Hospital.
