The Husky Massif is a 2100 m high and 4 km long massif in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the Aramis Range of the Prince Charles Mountains , it rises 10.5 km southwest of Mount Bewsher .
Participants in the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions sighted him from Mount Bewsher in January 1957. They named it the Husky Dome in memory of their sled dog teams . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia made an adaptation of this name in 1970 to better reflect the actual nature of the object.
