The Aramis Range is a mountain range about 50 kilometers long , which extends about 18 kilometers southeast of the Porthos Range in southwest-northeastern expansion in the Prince Charles Mountains in the east Antarctic Mac Robertson Land .
It was first visited in January 1957 by participants in the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions under the direction of Australian mountaineer William Gordon Bewsher (1924-2012), who named it after one of the three main characters from Alexandre Dumas ' novel The Three Musketeers .
