Husn Banu Ghazanfar ( Pashto / Dari :حسن بانو غضنفر), (Born February 1, 1957 in Balch ) is an Afghan politician . She was the incumbent Minister for Women in her country from July 2006 to 2015 .

Ghazanfar announced on February 15, 2011 that her ministry plans to remove control of the women's shelters in Afghanistan from various international non-governmental organizations and transfer them to the ministry. At the beginning of March 2011, the demand was withdrawn and instead it was decided to set up a joint commission on the subject.
