Afghan Ministry of Women
The Afghan Ministry of Women ( Persian وزارت امورزنان افغانستان; Pashtun د ښځو چارو وزارت; English Ministry of Women's Affairs ) is a ministry created after the fall of the Taliban in Afghanistan . He is responsible for strengthening the rights of women in Afghanistan.

Women's shelters
The ministry announced on February 15, 2011 that it plans to remove control of the women's shelters in Afghanistan from various international non-governmental organizations and to take them over itself. At the beginning of March 2011, the request was withdrawn and instead a decision was made to set up a joint commission.
