Hybrid antenna
A hybrid antenna is an antenna design which consists of a broadband dipole for low frequencies and a logarithmic- periodic (LPDA) broadband antenna for high frequencies . Hybrid antennas are used for measurements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). They were developed in the late 1980s and have since taken on a very important role in EMC measurement technology . The latest developments cover a frequency range from 25 MHz to over 6 GHz.
