Starting position

The production of safe and hygienically perfect food has increasingly moved into the focus of European and thus also national legislation in the face of frequent food scandals. The Consumer Protection has now attained a very high priority in the general public. Realizing this high level of consumer protection will in future be the task of everyone involved. In order to be able to meet this objective, in particular to be able to implement the changing hygiene contents in practice, ongoing training and consulting activities are required by law. The implementation of the legal regulations has so far been difficult in practice. The legislation applies equally to large manufacturers and family businesses, so that the specific implementation is at the discretion of the individual.

With its range of services, the hygiene center is primarily aimed at business owners and employees in the butchery, bakery and confectionery and catering sectors. In addition, other target groups should be able to access services in the future, such as food inspectors , vocational school teachers and veterinarians .
