Hyllarima
Hyllarima was an ancient city in the Caria region of Asia Minor in western Turkey today.
As an inscription found there shows, Hyllarima existed as early as the 3rd century BC. BC and belonged between 189 and 167 BC. To mainland possession of the island of Rhodes . Extensive ruins have been preserved from the city, including the agora , a theater and a synagogue. Several sanctuaries were located in the territory of Hyllarima. The city minted coins during the Roman Empire . Possibly it can be identified with the Hittite city of Wallarimma.
The titular diocese of Hyllarima of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to a late antique diocese of the city .
