Hyperosmolar Syndrome
With Hyperosmolar syndrome , a disorder which is commonly osmolarity when people referred.
The term is mostly used in connection with diabetes mellitus ( diabetic hyperosmolar syndrome ), see also diabetic coma .
Such a "syndrome" can also occur with all electrolyte disorders:
- in infants, see infant toxicosis
- in childhood
- in psychiatric patients .
- as ( jejunal ) early dumping syndrome after gastric surgery.
