Diana De Brito (born March 5, 1996 in Lisbon , Portugal ) is a British musician who publishes under the stage name IAMDDB. IAMDDB is an acronym for "I Am Diana De Brito", she describes her style of music as "Urban Jazz".
Diana de Brito was born in Lisbon , Portugal. She said she grew up in Manchester, her father was a musician. She has been seriously engaged in writing and producing music since 2015, having started writing her own songs at the age of seven. Diana de Brito spent a few months in Angola , her father's country of origin, and studied jazz there intensively. After returning to England, she resumed her musical career with renewed energy. In 2018 IAMDDB was ranked third on the “Sound of 2018” list by the BBC .
