ICONO 14 is a Spanish scientific journal with biannual Open Access periodicity, the topics of which cover communication in its various fields from the point of view of information and communication technologies and new technologies. She publishes studies in Spanish , Portuguese and English .
The magazine has been published since 2003 by the Scientific Association for Research (Asociación Icono14) in New Communication Technologies, a non-profit professional association that works with various centers and universities and is edited by Professor Francisco García García of the Complutense University of Madrid and Professor Manuel Gertrudix Barrio of Rey Juan Carlos University .
Since its inception, it has published 600 articles on international and Latin American topics, authors and readers. It is indexed in various databases, directories, magazine rating platforms, newspaper libraries, open access literature search engines and specialist portals. It manages manuscripts via the Open Journal Systems 3.0 platform and uses the Crossref Similarity Check anti-plagiarism system.
