IFK Stockholm
The IFK Stockholm is a sports club in the Swedish capital Stockholm , the February 1, 1895 as Idrottsförening camera Terna was founded (IFK).
The club has sections in football , ice hockey , swimming and bowling . The best-known members include football goalkeepers Eddie Gustafsson and Magnus Hedman and actor Matti Berenett .
The today disbanded team in the Bandy section played seven seasons in the highest Swedish league. At the national soccer championship of 1905 IFK Stockholm was able to occupy the second place.
The ice hockey department took part in the top national league several times between the 1920s and 1950s, as well as the Swedish championship, which was initially played in cup form.
