Itä-Helsingin Kiekko - IHK for short - is an ice hockey club from Helsinki , Finland , whose women's ice hockey team participated in the Naisten SM-sarja - the highest Finnish league.
The association was founded in 1974. There are men's, women's and youth teams under its roof. The association used to work with the EHC Helsinki when it took part in the Suomi-sarja .
