Enskilda Ventures Ltd had an agency in London from 1989, from which Industri Kapital emerged . In 1993 Industri Kapital became independent. In total, more than 5.7 billion euros were raised from investors in 5 different funds up to 2007, thus buying up over 70 companies in Europe (Benelux, France, Scandinavia and Germany).
