The European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) is a non-profit association based in the Netherlands, which represents the interests of investors in the European market for non- listed real estate funds.

INREV's goals are to improve transparency, professionalism and best practice in non-listed real estate funds and to make them more accessible and attractive for investors. INREV promotes the exchange of knowledge between members, advocates the definition and development of professional standards and offers services and training for investors who are interested in this market segment. The non-profit organization has offices in Amsterdam and Brussels and provides members with research and market information. The current chair is Marieke van Kamp, Head of Real Estate & Alternatives at the NN Group .

INREV is a member of the European think tank CEPS and the European real estate forum EREF .

The organization has been registered in the EU's Transparency Register since March 29, 2011 with registration number 47748145557-46.

Members

INREV has over 460 members, including leading institutional investors such as Allianz Real Estate , Generali Real Estate , GIC Real Estate , as well as fund managers, fund initiators and advisors.
