  • E-participation
  • Industrialization of administrative processes
  • Identity management
  • EU Services Directive
  • E-democracy

published, the most influential project result so far is the initial study on the introduction of the uniform public service number 115 .

The association organizes annual CIO conferences, which serve to exchange experiences and which are intended to contribute to practical transfer. The international exchange is also gaining in importance. As a leading IT service provider for the Austrian federal administration, Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH has been the first international member of ISPRAT eV since March 2010
