Idomoid languages
The idomoiden languages (or Idomoid ) form a subunit of the West Benue Congo , a branch of the Benue-Congo , which in turn for speech of the family Niger-Congo belong.
The ten or so idomoid languages are - apart from Ekpari and Akpa - closely related to Idoma ; they are spoken by about a million people in southern Nigeria .
