Igoris Morinas (born February 21, 1975 in Vilnius ) is a former Lithuanian football player.

Between 1999 and 2004 he played for Hannover 96 , 1. FSV Mainz 05 and SSV Jahn Regensburg in the 2. Bundesliga and scored 15 goals in 97 games. After the relegation of SSV Jahn Regensburg, he returned to his home club Vilnius FK Žalgiris and then played for two other Lithuanian clubs. At the end of 2010 he ended his career.

Morinas was a member of the Lithuanian national football team from 1996 to 2007 , for which he has scored 7 goals in 51 international matches.
