Ihor Mychajlowytsch Surkis ( Ukrainian І́гор Миха́йлович Су́ркіс ; Russian Игорь Михайлович Суркис ; born November 22, 1958 in Kiev ) is a Ukrainian industrialist and the current president of the Kiev football club .

Surkis first completed a degree in economics and worked in the city administration of Kiev, after Ukraine's independence (1991) he made a business career together with his brother Hryhorij and is now one of the richest men in Ukraine.

Since 1998 he has been vice-president and since 2002 Ihor Surkis has been president of Dynamo Kiev. His brother was President of the Ukrainian Football Association and a member of the UEFA Executive Committee until September 2012 . Ihor Surkis has received the Ukrainian Order of Merit 1st Class.
