The Iijärvi is a lake in the municipality of Kuusamo in the Finnish countryside of Northern Ostrobothnia .
The Iijärvi is about 20 km south of Kuusamo. It is an elongated lake that measures about 15 kilometers in an east-west direction. The water area is 20.54 square kilometers. The lake is at an altitude of 254.1 meters. The Iijärvi is considered to be the origin of the Iijoki , which leaves it on its south bank.
