Ijad Chamud ( Bulgarian Ияд Хамуд ; born July 24, 2001 ) is a Bulgarian football player of Lebanese descent.
Career
Chamud began his career with Lokomotive Plovdiv . In 2016 he was part of the professional squad for the first time. He made his debut in the A Grupa on November 20, 2016 at the age of 15 when he started against Botev Plovdiv on matchday 14 of the 2016/17 season . That mission made him the second youngest player in the history of the highest Bulgarian league. Younger was only Janko Kirilow from Levski Sofia in 1961. At half-time he was replaced by Parwizzyon Umarbayev .
That month, Chamud played two more games for Lokomotive in A Grupa, one of which was from the start. In the summer of 2017 he moved to England to join the Sheffield Wednesday youth team .
