In the German Reich there was a magazine published by the Central Association of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith .
The magazine was published monthly from 1895 to 1922 by the Centralverein's own publishing house. Their circulation was 3,500 copies in 1895 and had increased more than tenfold to 37,000 in 1913. The follow-up publication was the CV-Zeitung (also CentralVereins-Zeitung, CV-Zeitung, CVZ ) , which appeared weekly from 1922 .
