- Alice: She celebrates her seventh birthday in the first episode. There a unicorn appears and from then on her life changes completely. The first episode is a complete translation of the book. Alice's appearance has been changed a bit. In the book she wears a purple dress, while in the series she mostly wears a denim jacket with a skirt and also has a red headband.
