The Real Estate Marketing Award is an award for companies in the real estate industry . The award was founded in 2004 by the specialist magazine "Immobilienwirtschaft" and its editor-in-chief Dirk Labusch. It is awarded annually by the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Economics and Environment (HfWU) in the categories of residential real estate, commercial real estate, lower / small budget and online. The chairman of the jury is Stephan Kippes, professor for real estate marketing and brokerage at the HfWU. Outstanding marketing campaigns in the real estate industry from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are honored. The expert jury is made up of scientists from the HfWU as well as real estate marketing experts and managers from the construction and project development industries. Companies from the fields of real estate management / brokers, property developers / developers, real estate funds / banks and advertising agencies can apply. Among other things, the innovative strength and target group approach of the marketing campaigns as well as their success are evaluated. The Real Estate Marketing Award is presented at the Expo Real in Munich.
