Immunofixation electrophoresis
The immunofixation electrophoresis is a method that serves monoclonal immunoglobulins (M gradient, gammopathy) in serum or urine to detect and capture this not only qualitative, but also quantitative. For this purpose, marked antibodies are attached to the preparation after electrophoretic separation . Antibodies are highly specific and sensitive. Immunofixation electrophoresis thus offers better quality results than simple electrophoresis.
