The Inco SuperStack in Greater Sudbury in Ontario ( Canada ) with a height of 381 m the second highest chimney of the earth (by the fireplace in the Kazakh power plant Ekibastuz (419.7 m)).

It was built by Inco Limited in 1972 and cost around $ 25 million. The chimney is on the site of the largest nickel smelter in the world, Inco's Copper Cliff. The chimney is the second highest structure in Canada, it is still in front of the First Canadian Place (355 m), but behind the 553 m high CN Tower in Toronto. In addition, the chimney is the seventh highest free-standing structure in North America, after the CN Tower (553 m), the One World Trade Center (541.3 m), the Willis Tower (until 2009 Sears Tower, 527 m), the John Hancock Center ( 457 m) the Empire State Building (449 m) and 432 Park Avenue (426 m). The chimney has been out of service since the end of 2014; it is planned to dismantle it and replace it with two smaller chimneys.
