Induction transmitter

An induction transmitter is a small transmitter equipped with a coil , the coil being fed with an alternating current with a frequency between approximately 5  kHz and 150 kHz.

It is occasionally used by remote control applications with ranges of up to 20 meters, but today it is increasingly being replaced by UHF systems.
