The Industries Mécaniques Maghrébines , also briefly IMM is an association founded in 1982 manufacturer of commercial vehicles in Kairouan , Tunisia .

IMM is a joint venture in which the American General Motors has a 20 percent and the Japanese Isuzu Motors a 10 percent. The remaining 70 percent belong to local investors.

In 1991, IMM started producing Isuzu commercial vehicles.

After a production stop around 2002, production was resumed ten years later.
