Industrial keyboard

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An industrial keyboard is a keyboard that has its own labeling or special properties for its particular purpose.

For example, it can be sterilizable (for use in medicine ) or particularly resistant, e.g. B. against rain -, splash or splash water or against mechanical force (at ATMs ).

In general, the degree of resistance of an industrial keyboard depends on the so-called IP protection class , which provides information about the protection against dust and water.
