Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd. , IVM for short , is a Nigerian automobile and bus manufacturer. The brand name is IVM . The company was founded by Innocent Chukwuma and has a plant in Nnewi , Anambra state .
70% of the auto parts are made locally, while the rest are imported from Japan, China and Germany.
IVM models include the five-seater Fox (1.5 liter engine) and Umu (2 liter engine) as well as the Uzo minibus .
