Institute for Arab Research and Studies

The Institute for Arabic Research and Studies ( Arabic معهد البحوث والدراسات العربية, DMG Maʿhad al-Buḥūṯ wa-d-Dirāsāt al-ʿArabīya ; engl. Institute of Arab Research and Studies ; Abbreviation IARS ) is an academic training center in Cairo , Egypt . It was established by a decision of the Council of the League of Arab States on September 23, 1952. It was considered the academic training center for diplomats in the Arab League .
