The Institute of Physical Education Chonburi Campus Stadium ( Thai สนาม สถาบัน การ พลศึกษา วิทยาเขต ชลบุรี ), also known as IPE Stadium for short, is a multi-purpose stadium in Chonburi in Chonburi Province , Thailand . It was mainly used for soccer games. The side square of the stadium is the home stadium of the fourth division Phanthong Football Club. The stadium was also used by Thai first division clubs as an alternative stadium. Navy FC , Buriram United , Pattaya United and Chonburi FC played here . The stadium, which opened in 2010, has a capacity of 11,000 spectators. The stadium is owned and operated by the Institute of Physical Education.
