Integras
Integras is a Swiss professional association for social and special education .
It represents professionalism in working with children, adolescents and young adults who have been placed outside of the company and / or who receive special education, by demanding and promoting high ethical and professional quality standards. Members are inpatient, semi-inpatient and outpatient institutions for social work , special educational institutions and schools , training centers for specialist staff, associations and interested individuals who support the association's purpose. Integras is active in Switzerland and has around 300 members.
Integras has an office in Zurich and a branch for Francophone Switzerland in Lausanne . In addition, Integras has been running a specialist center for children's rights in Zurich since 2011 , which supports in-patient and out-patient child and youth welfare specialists with questions and projects relating to children's rights.
The President of Integras is Karl Diethelm (General Manager BACHTELEN Special Education Center), the Managing Director is Gabriele E. Rauser.
