It has been published by Linde Verlag in Vienna since 2006 ( ISSN 1819-3889 ). The circulation is 1500 copies, the magazine appears six times a year.
It deals with child law, marriage and partnership law, trustee and inheritance law as well as elderly, disabled and social law. The authors address legal issues relating to accommodation and residence and report on developments in legislation and case law.
